Great location close to beach and restaurants and away from the business of the other side of the island. Parking was easy enough to figure out. Bathroom and shower new and more modern than expected. Balcony perfect though we didn’t use it much except for drying clothing. Hostess very friendly and helpful.

we have just come back from Proteas hotel in Kamari. It’s a family run hotel and the two ladies ( a mother and a daughter) did everything for our stay to be awesome. We had all our questions answered, all important advice given, all our needs fulfilled… Thanks both of you for your kindness and smiles as for us the quality stay is not the number of stars the property has but the kindness of people who run the place.The hotel is in the center of Kamari, just 2 min walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. As our room was on the second floor facing the sea we could enjoy amazing Kamari sunrises from the balcony ( and they are worth a million

I love everything about the property, the place, the staff, shout out to Georgina and Evangelista! I will recommend this hotel to my friends!I know in my heart That I will be back soon!!!!Hotel is very near to the bus stop like 10-20 steps away

My girlfriend and I are very happy of our staying at Proteas! The room was very nice and clean, with a small but lovely balcony. The shower very comfortable! Good also the breakfast. Athena and her mom are very kind and they help you in everything you need. My girlfriend and I will come back for sure if in Santorini again!

This a traditional greek hotel just outside the main strip and very close to the beach.Mother and daughter run this hotel and are very helpfull. Basic breakfast but that all you need , would say the bathrooms need a little updating. Cleaned rooms and towels every day.Great value for money!!!

This is very nice family owned hotel. Location is great. And the staff is the reason we had the best time. They are so friendly and helpfull. As we are vegans they made sure we got a special breakfast every morning.They helped with advices what to see and do around the island. And they also organized taxi ride to the airport.We felt like home as soon as we came, even though we arrived at midnight. They welcomed us very nicely.We really recommend you to choose this place for the holidays. I am sure you will not regret it.

Right by the beach and a local bus stop right outside, staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and things to do, throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The balcony is so cute, the pink flowers with white render and blue doors - traditional Greek hotel, got some beautiful pictures! Breakfast was lovely and very generous. Thank you so much :)
